Itinerary
Day 1 - Ciao Roma!
The Eternal City brings some of the most decadent pasta dishes, which are at the heart of Roman cuisine, including spaghetti alla carbonara and bucatini alla matriciana. Other must-try dishes include carciofi alla Romana, which are Roman-style artichokes, and coda alla vaccinara, which is an oxtail stew. After transferring you from the airport to your hotel, you will have free time to explore Rome at your leisure, followed by a decadent dinner consisting of typical Roman dishes.
Day 2 - Florence Renaissance
In the morning, you will head towards Florence by high-speed train. Tuscany is home to delicious dishes such as panzanella, which is a cold bread salad, the famous Florentine T-bone steak Bistecca alla Fiorentina and castagnaccio, a traditional cake made with chestnut flour. In the afternoon, your private tour guide will unveil all of Florence's wonders on a VIP tour, which will conclude with dinner in a typical Tuscan restaurant.
Day 3 - Traditional Italian market experience
Learn the secrets of Italian cuisine from a professional chef on an enjoyable cooking class that also includes a visit to a local market. Our chef will tell you how to pick the best produce, after which you will learn how to prepare a full Italian meal. Afterwards, enjoy a lunch with the amazing dishes you made, as well as local wine.
Day 4 - Heading to the heart of Tuscany
After breakfast, our driver will take you from your accommodation in Florence directly to your accommodation in the heart of the Tuscan countryside. After checking in, you will enjoy a delicious dinner consisting of typical Tuscan dishes.
Day 5 - Drinking wine in Italy
Enjoy a full day of culture, wine, and delicious food as you visit some of the most impressive destinations in Tuscany. The tour begins with a visit of a cellar near Montalcino where you will taste a sampling of wines produced, alongside a delicious snack consisting of local products. Then you will visit Pienza and Montepulciano, two artistic jewels, representing the landscape of Val d’Orcia. Pienza is a perfect combination of architectural beauty and harmony.
Day 6 - Over 2000 years of history
After breakfast, our driver will take you to Siena train station where you will hop on a train to Rome. A private taxi will take you to your hotel, and after checking in, our tour guide will take you on a VIP tour of Rome's classic sights, such as the Pantheon and Trevi Fountain. Conclude your day with dinner in a traditional, local restaurant.
Day 7 - Arrivederci Italia
As your trip indulging in Italian food, wine and culture comes to an end today, your private driver will take you from your hotel to Rome airport for your flight back home.
